AI & intelligence

Where AI Actually Helps Dispatch.

In the platform

AI-assisted dispatch

Incoming trips are matched to nearby drivers automatically, weighing distance, availability and driver rating rather than a simple first-come queue.

Configurable

Configurable surge and zone pricing

Fare rules can be set to respond to demand by zone and time window — this is a configuration CrystalPro sets up with you, not an always-on prediction engine.

Configurable

Fleet activity alerts

Cancellations, idle vehicles and unusual patterns can be surfaced to operators as dashboard alerts.

Frequently asked questions

CrystalRide: Questions We Are Asked

What is CrystalRide?

CrystalRide is CrystalPro's white-label taxi and mobility platform — a customer app, driver app, fleet/vendor app and an admin & dispatch dashboard, built on one connected backend, configurable to how your taxi or fleet business actually runs.

Does CrystalRide include customer and driver apps?

Yes. Both are core to the platform: a customer app for booking, tracking and paying, and a driver app for accepting trips, navigating and managing earnings.

Is there a fleet/vendor app?

Yes. Fleet owners and vendors get their own app to manage drivers, vehicles, earnings, payouts and performance.

Does it include an admin/dispatch dashboard?

Yes. Operators get a live dashboard covering trips, driver availability, manual dispatch, fare rules, zones, commissions, settlements and reporting.

Can CrystalRide support local, rental and outstation rides?

Yes, all three are supported ride types, each with its own pricing model and flow, and can be enabled independently for your business.

Does it support parcel delivery?

Yes. Parcel delivery runs on the same driver and fleet network, with its own pickup/drop and delivery-status flow.

Can we white-label CrystalRide?

Yes. Branding, colours, service areas, ride types, fare rules, commission rules, cancellation rules, coupons and wallet settings can all be configured to your business.

Can fare and commission rules be customised?

Yes. Fare rules (including zone-based and time-based pricing, where enabled) and driver/vendor commission structures are configurable to your model.

Does CrystalRide support multi-city operations?

Yes. Multiple cities or zones can run on the same platform, each with its own fares, fleet and dispatch configuration.

Can payment gateways be integrated?

Yes. CrystalRide integrates with payment gateways for online payments, alongside wallet and cash/card reconciliation.

Is live GPS tracking included?

Yes. Live location and tracking run through the trip lifecycle — from driver assignment to drop — visible to the customer app and the dispatch dashboard.

Can we migrate from another taxi platform?

In most cases, yes — we assess your existing data and workflows during discovery and plan a migration path as part of onboarding.

Can CrystalRide integrate with our existing ERP or CRM?

Where your ERP or CRM exposes an API or a reliable data route, yes. We assess the specific integration during discovery.

Do you assist with Play Store and App Store deployment?

Yes. Store listing preparation and submission are part of the implementation journey, alongside QA and pilot testing.

Can we request a product demo?

Yes — use the demo request below, or reach us on WhatsApp or by phone, and we'll walk you through CrystalRide for your specific business model.
